To support these values on a structural level, we are working toward implementing a 34-hour workweek- a model that allows for more rest, family time, creativity, and balance. At the same time, we offer flexible part-time options, such as working 17 hours per week, tailored to individual lifestyles and needs.
Our remote-first approach allows the team to work from wherever they are- trusting that autonomy and flexibility lead to greater satisfaction and productivity. Still, we value in-person connection: once a month, we come together for a full-day team session to develop ideas, collaborate deeply, and move forward together.
